Below is a simple drop-down menu that can contain a number of links in a compact and simple format.

(Note ~ Microsoft typically adds a scroll bar for longer menu lists such as the example above. Netscape will typically display the entire list in one view.)

Another variation of this drop-down menu is to have no "Go" button and just jump to the chosen link as illustrated below:

You can work this one out for yourself by looking at the source for this page. There is a short javascript in the HEAD section of the page (not the longer javascript for the example below) and the FORM code that makes the menu and lists the options, much like the previous example but with a little additional code added. If you must be lazy then :

This next version is the common image flip or mouseover style that adds visual impact to a page when a mouse passes over a specific point.
