4/26/00: Wish I had more progress to report! I hope to get the referral sometime in July. The average time period between DTC and referral is 207 days and today is day 100 so we are just about half way. It just seems to go SO slow!! I know everyone adopting from China is in the same boat but it is just agonizing waiting and waiting. |

I could even wish for some paperwork to do!! LOL � That's really desperate!!!!! |

One thing I figured out yesterday which kinda struck me � it seems like they tend to match babies with a date of birth just at or just after your DTC date. If so, Rachel may have been born in Janary and she's 3 months old now!!! Wow, what a thought!! I spend so much time wondering what she looks like and worrying that she's being taken care of and hoping that it won't be 207 days .... |

So that's the "progress" for the time being. I'm sorry it's not really much to tell you. I'll let you know when there is something for sure. |
