| Day's Partnerships will be managed by the CEO - Mr. Michael R. Day. I have been in the Harness Racing Business for over 30 Years and I am registered with the United States Trotting Association as a valid Driver/Trainer/Owner. Day's Partnerships participates as an investor in each racehorse just like any other investor. Day's Partnerships will also act as the racing manager for each racehorse/partnership. Each racehorse will be a seperate partnership, with ownerships divided into minimum units of 10 percent. Each racehorse purchase price will be $50,000.00+ . Parners will be billed for expenses on a pro rated basis in advance, annual expenses for each racehorse will be about $35,000.00 . Day's Partnerships will use top leading Trainers and Drivers. The primary racetracks will be the Meadowlands and Freehold raceways in New Jersey and Yonkers Raceway in New York. We will purchase Unraced prospects such as Yearlings and Two Year Olds and proven high caliber racehorses. This gives you the opportunity to get involved and to have fun without the worries.
