Ed DeGrange said he was sitting at his desk recently when an inmate called him on a cell phone with a list of general complaints.

Frederick, Maryland. Youth cheerleading coach Christine Smith was dismissed September 2006. By the Youth Sports Association for a sideline gesture she said was to "Re-energize her 7 year and 8 year old girls when their foot ball team fell behind. She drew a smilely face on her stomach, which she said they found "hilarious,"  But three people complained of the act of Christine Smith's lifting her shirt slightly to reveal the face.
