Wichita, Kansas.-Thomas Wimberly, 74 Years Old Was arrested in July 2006 for stealing Two Hot Dogs {Value:$2.11, including tax} from a QUICK TRIP Convenience Store. He said he had forgotten to pay, but because it was Thomas Wimberly's 3rd Misdemeanor Theft Charge, Kansas Law Required that the count be upgraded to a felony. Thomas Wimberly, could not make bail. and was locked up for 71 Days Before trial. Bail was set at $100,000 Dollars Than in April of 2007 a jury of 12 people found thomas Wimberly Not Gulity. And if he had been found guilty the Penalty would have been 12 months of only probation.

Greensburg's 1,000 pound Meteorite will tour the state for the next few months while the town rebuilds from the last month of May 2007 tornado. The pallasite meteorite, one of the largest of it's kind in the world, is insured for $1-Million Dollars. It was unearthed in 1949.
