China, is planning to divert water to it's arid provinces by Damming an 18,000 mile river in North Eastern India called the Brahmaputra River- Towns like"Gauhati"along the river in India would completly die. Since they would have to travel to far to leave and survive the trip any suitable place to flee would only be located on the very same river that will be dried up. |
