Legend Barry Cowsill a member of the 1960's Singing Family Band "THE COWSILLS". He was found dead 4 months after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, and was just recently identified.
The body was discovered 12/28/05, under the Chartres Street Wharf.
The Cowsills were the band "The Partridge Family" was modeled after,Barry Cowsill, was potreyed as Danny Partidge.
The Cowsills were probably best known for their hit and theme song for the movie by the same name "HAIR". and true die hard fans remember them by other tunes esp 'THE RAIN,THE PARK, AND OTHER THINGS'
