The Saihitei, better known as the one the only Hotohori, is the Ruler of Konan. He is also a member of the Suzaku seven. Hotohori is a kind and magnangamus ruler. He is gentel and loving to all his servents but is not afraid to fight when it comes to protecting Konan or The Priestess of Suzaku (Miaka ). Hotohori is also a fool for love peticularly when it comes to Miaka. Hotohori also knows when he has to let go of love even if it's a hard thing to do. But in the end he dies for his one true love.
