Rurouni Kenshin is a hilarious action-packed series with an intriguing plot and a delightful cast. Swearing never to kill again, Kenshin sheds the weight of his name as the Battousai and wanders rapidly modernizing Japan in an attempt to wash the blood from his sword by helping to protect the innocent. In a period where the way of the samurai was quickly fading into a dated piece of tradition, Kenshin manages to remain, ever striving for redemption.
