Perfect for shoujo fans everywhere, the story takes off immediately with break up and remarriage of two couples to each other�s spouses. Caught in between the swap are Miki and Yuu, the teen-aged only children of the old couples. But that�s not even the beginning! Not only did the parents switch partners, but also decided to purchase a large house so both families could live together so as not to "disturb" the child/parent relationships. Amid the insanity blossoms a bond between the two teens as they inevitably fall in love. Fear not, though, things get even better! Along the road of developing their relationship together they encounter many obstacles which again and again try the strength of their love; namely jealous rivals and old flames. Chock-full of angst and love dementagons galore, Marmalade Boy is perfect for shoujo fans that enjoy more than a little sap and melodrama.
