do I become a Mt. Hope-Funks Grove Library Cardholder?
If you live in Mt. Hope Township or Funks Grove Township and are in Kindergarten or older you can be a Cardholder. Just stop in and fill out a card.
Your card will be good for two years and can be used at any library in Illinois. There is no charge for replacing a lost card or for renewal.
What does being a Cardholder entitle me to?
We have about 13,000 books you can choose from. We subscribe to 35 magazines for children, young adults and adults, the Olympia Review, The Pantagraph and Barron’s Weekly. You will find audio books in the adult section, books with cassettes in the children’s section and VCR tapes and DVDs in the children and adult sections.
Books, large print books, magazines and audio books check out for two weeks. VCR tapes and DVDs check out free of charge for one week.
All items can be renewed at the library, by phone or e-mail.
