12/5-
Blazed a quality deuce around Mizzou area.  Foot hurt at the end.

12/4 -
Did an easy 1.5 around campus.  Foot felt almost 100%, but i think my form is messed up from favoring my foot b/c my leg started getting really tired.

11/17 -
Bad news today.  I wanted to put in a kindra workout today because my foot still hurt from yesterday, but half-way into the first lap on the track my foot started hurting like hell, so i called it a day.  I'll attempt to run on it again tomorrow. Finished with .75 miles

11/16 -
Started out feeling extremely spry so I decided to bang out a barn burner today.  I ran the Homecoming 5k course in 19:07 and felt pretty good for the whole run.  My foot started to really hurt in the last half mile, but i annihilated some IBprofen when i got back and now I'm feeling fine.  Total of 4miles.

11/15 -
Blazed a hilly 3.5 around the area outside of campus.  Foot is feeling better and should be close to 100% by the end of the week.  Finished the loop with 4 strides on astroturf.

11/14 -
put in a run for the first time since Wednesday.  Foot hurt at the begining ot the loop, but some how got better towards the middle, before hurting more at the end.  Put in 3 miles at a slow clip, but my foot has definitely improved a lot and I'll probably put in na couple barn burners this week.

11/13 -
injured foot feels a little better, but not good enough to run on it; I'll probably attempt a blaze tomorrow night.

11/12
- injured foot still hurts, i think it's a strained rendon from playing frisbee on the turf last night, might try running on it tomorrow

11/11 - OFF: frisbee *hurt foot*

11/10 - 5.5 miler fast on hilly trail.  4 strides on grass after, shins were a little sore, but felt fine that night.

11/9 - 4.5 miler around downtown Columbia area.  Put in a good stretch, felt good

11/8 - 4 miler around Mizzou campus and surrounding area.  Felt good
