Pasta Amore has been owned and operated by the Corleone family for 100 years! In 1897, Dominic Corleone came over from Italy with only what he had on his back. After marrying, creating a family, and working hard in many different Italian restaurants, he created what is now Pasta Amore in 1919.
Every traditional Italian dish that we make is from a Coreleone family recipe passed down from generation to generation.
