The Lot is less frequented by tourists There are lots of things to do as a tourist in the region - not only does the Lot have some spectacular scenery but there are many places to visit including show caves. Canoes can be hired at numerous places on any of the rivers and provide a peaceful/entertaining activity. There are also many sites for dry caving.
