| Dylan "DJ" Joffe (Mother/Patron) This is DJ's 36th show! You may have seen her earlier this summer in A Little Princess of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum at Schoolhouse. Her favorite roles include Miss Hannigan in Annie, Dodger in Oliver, Giant's Wife in Jack and the Beanstalk, and Lavinia in A Little Princess. She is a freshman at Gorham High School and loves being a part of their Chamber Singers. Enjoy the show! | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Kristin Messana (Iris) This is Kristin's 10th show at Schoolhouse. She is thrilled to be part of such a talented cast and crew. Most notable roles include Irene in Crazy For You and Gloria Thorpe in Damn Yankees. She would like to thank Jeb, Ryan, and Amanda for their talent and energy. | Jessica Coffin (Lilly) This is Jessie's first show at the Schoolhouse. She was previously seen at the Children's Theatre of Maine, Portland Stage, Lyric Theatre, and Portland Opera Repertory Theatre. Aside from the obvious singing, dancing, and acting, Jessie enjoys poetry, and shooting pool. She is graduating H.S. in January, 2004 and hopes to pursue a music major in the fall. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Kate Downey (Louise/Patron) Kate has been involved in Schoolhouse shows since age 8. You may recognize her from unforgettable shows like Really Rosie, The Hobbit, Christmas Carol, Sound of Music, Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep, and A Little Princess where she originated the role of Lady. She is a sophomore at Sacopee Valley High School. "Love and kisses to Mim, DJ, and Chicken Soup. We have worked really hard and it's been so much fun! Enjoy the show!" | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Riley Albair (Lizzie) This is Riley's first show at Schoolhouse and she hopes to do many more. A junior at Deering High School, Riley enjoys soccer and surfing when she's not dancing and singing her life away! Thanks to all the rifht people, you know who you are. | Tara Smith (Fanny) Tara recently graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in theatre. She is happy to be a part of this original work. Tara was last seen as Jane in Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep and Camille in Camino Real. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Chelsea Rondeau (Minnie) This is Chelsea's first theatre production. She has been dancing at the Dance Studio of Maine for 11 years where she also assists in children's classes. She is a Gorham H.S. sophomore and would like to thank her parents and dance teachers Trish Moulton and Rhonda Cook. She hopes you enjoy the show! | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Scott Collard (Donald) is a senior at Windham H.S. He was last seen as Todd in The Adventures of Pirate Bob and Billy in Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Tristen Sullivan (Vivian) This is Tristen's first theatre production, though she has been on the stage many times. She has been dancing at the Dance Studio of Maine in Gorham for 12 years, studying ballet, jazz, tap, and hip-hop. She has been on their competition team for 5 years. A sophomore at Gorham High School, she would like to thank her parents and dance teacher, Trish Moulton. She hopes you have a great time. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Danielle Cyr (Eve) This is Danielle's first show in community theatre, but she has been involved with the drama club all four years before graduating from Gorham H.S. She was seen in Guys and Dolls, South Pacific, Fiddler on the Roof, and Little Shop of Horrors. She was involved in Gorham H.S. chamber singers, tennis, cheerleading, National Honors Society, and prom committee. She has danced with the Dance Studio of Maine for 13 years, 7 years on competition team. She was also part of the Gorham Community Ballet Company. She will attend Penn State University, majoring in maketing, and minoring in dance. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Crystal Collins (Maggie) Crystal has been seen in such Schoolhouse successes as Jekyll and Hyde, A Christmas Carol, and the unforgettable Crazy For You. "I would like to congratulate Jeb, Ryan, and Amanda on a great show and thank all my friends for giving me the strength to audition. Thank you all!" | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Chris Gyngell (Bill) This is Chris' first show at Schoolhouse. He is a junior theatre major at USM, and has been seen in their production of Vito on the Beach as Chase. He'd like to thank his friends for their support. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Tim Dupre (Frank) Tim has been at Schoolhouse for nearly 6 years. Various plays include Damn Yankees, The Hobbit, Miracle of 34th Street, and many more. Tim would like to thank Deb for helping him start here and everyone else for their support. He will be in the Maine Rennaisance Fair this summer with the Big Rock of Improv. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Jon Messana (Greg) This is Jon's 10th show at Schoolhouse. Some theatre credits include Pippin in Pippin, Mortimer in Arsenic and Old Lace, Riff in West Side Story, and the Stepmother in Cinderella, Cinderella. Jon feels privileged to be playing Greg in this production written by his very talented friends Jeb, Ryan, and Amanda. He would like to thank his parents and sister for their continuing support. | Jocelyn Gammon (Ginger) Jocelyn has performed with Maine State Music Theatre, Ogunquit Playhouse, Portland Stage Company, Lyric Music Theatre, and Crossroads Youth. She is a member of the Cheryl Greely Theatre Dance Studio competition team. She participated in the Maine All-state music festival as a choral member, and studies voice, piano, and acting privately. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Ryan McNally (Choreographer, Co-producer, Dance Music) Off- Broadway: Joao Mauricio's Plenilunia for DAW. Locally: Bobby in Crazy For You. Ryan is the head of the dance department at the Breakwater Creative Arts program in Portland and has been in several professional and amateur dance companies in Greater Portland since age 9, including Ram Island and Perennial Effects. He has an associate degree in filmmaking from Rockport College, where he wrote, produced and directed a 15 minute musical entitled Thank You, Susumu. Ryan is a BFA Modern Dance major at Marymount Manhattan College. This November, he will make his choreographic debut in New York City. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Emily Dicentes (Patron) Emily is involved in everything from soccer to Model U.N. at Bonny Eagle H.S. This is her second play; she was recently seen as a Radio Sister in Annie. "Music is what I love and I'm really excited to be in the Silver Lining." | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Amanda Fickett (Co-director, Co-producer, Book) Amanda is thrilled to be directing The Silver Lining here at Schoolhouse Arts Center. She has been a performer at Schoolhouse since age 7 and really feels at home here. This is her second directing project and she would like to thank the amazing cast for making this such a positive and memorable experience. She would also like to thank her mother, father, Drew, and Jeb and Ryan. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Tara Cloutier (Vickie) is a senior acting major at Plymouth State College in New Hampshire. This past year she was featured as Portia in Cinderella, Rebecca Nurse in The ?Crucible, and an ensemble performer in a physical theatre piece all at Plymouth. "Thank you, Mom, Dad, Amanda, Dan, Jeb, Ryan, Tyson, Nina, and France." | ||||||||||||||||||||
