I would like to share some of my Thoughts, Ideas, and a few Simple Mindtricks., The same thoughts and ideas I still use today to help me twist potentally bad days into tolarable ones, and turn OK days into holidays. On this site you will see many wonderful quotes, most of which are mine, and as for the others, they are here because they had a positive affect on me. However; I am not sure where they originated. In no way did I create this site to plagerize or take credit for other peoples thoughts. My attempt here is to provide you with a positive approach towards everyday. This is my vehicle to inform others on how a positive thought process has helped me for over 45 yrs.

I have learned to face every day with a positive attitude. Every morning I have the same thought. The same thought I've had for most of my life.
I want you to mark and remember this one thought from this point on........Its a simple thought.....Always remember the first thing that happened to you today!

How To Smile and Relax at Home
  1. Go straight to your Space(Favorate Chair, Room, or Area of your Home).
  2. Adjust the lighting to your comfort.
  3. Choose a mellow sound to fill the air, or silence will do if its avalible.
  4. Burn some incents, or enjoy the air, if its clear and clean.
  5. Sit back, lay down, or walk at a slow pace.
  6. Clear your mind of the days events.
  7. Repeat the statement below untill you can smile and relax
  8. ("I have created my day for Others and now the rest belongs to me ahhhhhh")

Or U can use The Simple Method,

  • Just, Relax in your (Favorate Chair, Room, or Area of your Home).
  • Turn off the lights.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Say to yourself "I did my best today! and now its MY TIME".
