About the 2000 NABI
All of the 7000's NABI's are in the Metro Rapid service as well as a handfull of 7100's and a pinch of 7600's and most of the 7900's. The 7000's were the first NABI's to be delivered to MTA in the summer of 2000.
About Metro Rapid Service
Metro Rapid buses are fast and reliable they are painted in Red & White. These buses are like the limited buses "300" but are numbered "700." They are limited stop buses and have their own bus stops and signs. These Nabi Metro Rapid's are equiped with a sensor that can make a green or yellow light last longer so it can get through the intersection for fast service. |
