About the GMC RTS
These buses are the oldest buses on MTA's fleet and are currently being rehabbed. They are getting new paint jobs and an interior makeover. They are operated out od Division 3 North Los Angeles by MTA. The buses are found mainly on lines 175, and the 201 as well as some other Div 3 lines, 81,401 and some others. The buses are powered by a Detroit Diesel 6V92 an a Alison V730 tranny. The coaches are 35 feet long and 102 inches wide. Note: 4406 was in service with ATE/Laidlaw Route 96 |
