| About the 1983 Neoplan These Neoplan were the first Neoplan to be delivered to MTA in the early 80's. The second batch of Neoplans were the 1100's delivered in 1987. The 3300's were powered by a Detroit Diesel 6V92 engine and a Allison HT747 transmission. All of the 3300 and 1100 buses are now retired. i think some of the 1100's and a pinch of 3300's are in service for L.A.D.O.T. Commuter Express lines. |
