Hey! I'm right at least once a year!
I used to hang out in Florida and dream of California. When I heard Ms. Mary say she had a ticket to Los Angeles, I asked her if that was in California. She had hardly nodded her head up and down once each way when I leaped into her arms and told her I was going to California -- Los Angeles, to be specific -- with her. She wasn't a bit surprised. She said this happens to her a lot. So she just tucked me under her arm and away we went. Oh, yeah, she did have to stop by the cash register to pay for my room and board for the past few months.
Patriot Bear SIR and I hit it off right away. My hat and vest caught his attention when I burst through the doorway like a firecracker. (How do you like the way I managed to get the Fourth of July in the conversation again?)
I've been busy for the last week explaining to Mr. Vegas and some of the others all about the Fourth of July. It's a good thing Patriot Bear SIR and a few others could help me out. That little purple zebra sure can ask a lot of questions! I didn't know how much I knew until I had to start telling it. There were some things I didn't know, too. When we couldn't think up a good answer, we asked Ms. Mary to look it up on the Internet. When she's not home, we can look stuff up ourselves. Have you tried it? We just type in one little word and we get hundreds -- thousands! -- of answers.
