QA
1. Minimum 2 years in System Testing and/or QA
2. Winrunner or similar automated testing tools experience
3. Working knowledge of PolicyLink or Vantage Admin. system for Insurance Products
4. Insurance Industry experience preferred
.Net developers
1. A minimum of 7 years of Microsoft development experience, including technologies such as VB, C++, COM/DCOM, and ASP. .NET experience would be ideal
2. Significant experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase
3. A wealth of consulting experience, including working with clients, gathering requirements, working on tight deadlines with focused deliverables, and managing small teams towards results. Experience working for a well known consulting firm would be ideal
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and write English fluently, and present to small or large audiences
5. A university degree from a recognized institution
