After you select certain mercenaries for your squad I will e-mail you with a contract which must be replied to with an agreement or decline before the day of action. Submissions for contracts must be sent no later than a week before a scheduled game. If the mercenary's status is not active then he cannot attend the game. Ranks are based upon how well in combat a person preforms. His rank may be lowered in the event of a demerit or generally poor performance if no demerits are present. These are issued if a person preforms an illmannered action (such as disrespecting higher authority or the contracter). A hired person must respect who hired them and, in the event of disrespect he will be demoted, given 5 demerits, and a will not be awarded for the contract. However, there must be concrete evidence of disrespect (screen shot or other similar evidence). CHEATERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE! If the contracter or the mercenary cheats they will be BLACK LISTED!
