We at meraMAMC are few of the petitioners in this case filed on 05-03-2002 in the court of justice Manmohan Sarin. 

He made the counselling ineffective on the first day itself by staying the admissions after the counselling. The next hearing is on 21 mar 2002.

This order of ineffective counselling is different from the stay provided by allahabad high court which stopped the counselling.
This order doesnt provide any mean of permanent admission of all those whose counselling has taken place before this order.
