We at meraMAMC are the petitioners in this case along with the main petioner Dr Kuldeep Verma from Lucknow. The case was filed on
05-03-2002 in the court of justice Manmohan Sarin.
He made the counselling ineffective on the first day itself by staying
the admissions after the counselling. Two hearings have already been held. The next hearing is on 10 april 2002.Since now lucknow committee has given a report in our favour, we are hopeful about a positive result of this case. AIIMS authorities have already filed an application in supreme court, requesting them to take transfer of petitions from all the high courts [Delhi, Allahabad and Patna]. The stand of supreme court is yet to be made public. For the purpose of funding the case expenses we have set up a fund at Syndicate bank branch in our college campus.
