Content Help

  Harvard Study on sentences for causing death while driving while intoxicated.  I have seen reference to a study that suggests the driver gets a longer sentence if the victim is white rather black, and an even longer sentence if the victim is female instead of male.  If anyone can point me to this study, preferably online, drop me a line.

Technical Help

  Telephone interviews look like being the mainstay of this programme, so I am looking for UK approved voice modems that can record conversations.  Currently I have a US Robotics 56k Voice Win Modem Internal, but the software with it won’t record outgoing conversations.

  I am also looking for further sources of free voicemail in the UK, the US and any others countries we can get it.
