Purpose:
The purpose of the club is to unify individuals of all backgrounds while at the same time pushing them to become self-motivated and build up a certain level of self respect for themselves. As we see many young males on campus not involved in a campus organization, we want to be that organization for you to join. We want to promote self motivation among young men on campus. We want to show a sense of pride and respect as young members in Men of Integrity will strive to be the intelligentsia of society.
Sister Organization (BFDC):
We do have a sister organization known as "The Black Female Development Circle" better known as BFDC. Founded at UCF in 1996 as an independent black womanhood preparation and actualization program, BFDC, INC. embraces sisters from all walks of life. "The Circle" was established to facilitate the evolution of black females into true and full womanhood and also had three principles: SELF-ACTULIZATION AND IMPROVEMENT, A BELIEF IN A HIGHER POWER AND SELF RESPECT.
