The premise is this: Radditzu and Nappa are hired by assasins from another reality called Destroyers to hunt down an enemy they called the Atomic Girl. Her two sons, powerful twins named Fermi and Bohr are lost along with her, but are being raised in the Dragon Ball Z universe by Son Goku as foster children.

Family Tree for Saiyan Foster Father
The Destroyers have taken their Earth and converted it into a wasteland of toxic chemicals and dust that eclipses the moon and sun. Most of Earth's human population has died of starvation, or become lizardlike beings mutated by the Destroyers. In this universe the Saiyan race was reduced to a few members, and Freiza is still alive, but Bejitasei was still destroyed. Because they know the Saiyans are natural hunters, the Destroyers employ them to hunt their enemies across space time.
The only force who dared stand up to the Destroyers were the Four Who are One, four legendary super beings who were once the rock group KISS. Transformed by their elemental talismen they deigned to stop the Destroyers from carrying out the plans of their evil leader Blackwell, a disembodied force from a realm of demons. Unfortuantely the Four, and their mates and families were defeated.
Only a few survived, and were scattered across space time with their Talismen by the power of the one called Space Ace. So Radditzu and Nappa are hired by Leader to aid in the search. Three other talismen are also missing, and remain in the care of three female heroes who unwittingly ended up in the Dragon Ball Z universe. They are Atomic Girl, Dragon Womyn, and Black Widow, who under the training of Son Goku and Prince Bejita become members of Earth's Special Forces who now band together to fight the Destroyers who are invading Chikyuu.
So far the Z Fighters have repulsed the alien Destroyers, but can they face two full powered Saiyans from an alternate universe? Leader promises Nappa and Radditzu that in exchange they can be forever free of Frieza, and find their missing Prince Bejita. However, they find other surviving Saiyans from their universe, and hold them captive to use their natural ki powers in lieu of the missing talismen, unbeknownst to Nappa and Radditzu. When Radditzu and Nappa reach this alternate dimension, Chikyuu they find more questions than answers. Their prince is Alive, and allied with the Z fighters, while Radditzu finds he doesnt' wish to kill Atomic Girl, known to the Z fighters as Atomique...
