Terms of Agreement
- You must give credit to Memoru for the ideas. An e-mail link ([email protected]) or a link to this site is preferable. If you wish to link to the memenangerie (http://www.geocities.com/memenangerie) you may do that as well, but not instead.
- Memoru will not rip off other ideas. This means, if you give me a general idea along the lines of "A feline with different types and abilities, for roleplaying and battling" I will smack you for ripping of Raveen Kats (Dragonflight is very specific about her rules regarding critters like her RK).
- You may not use the ideas out of context. That is, if you request a Community Breedable, don't use it as a Battle Critter or what not. If you want to mix and match types, that's fine, but do that during your request, not after it.
- Keep in mind that Memoru has the right to decline anyone who asks for an idea/expansion/art/etc. Please don't be upset if she does, she probably has a good reason for doing so.
- Don't claim anything that's not yours, as yours. This includes ideas, write-ups, line-art, stories, etc. If Memoru (or anyone else for that matter) created them, for you to use, you must credit them.
- Don't send in a form if there are no spots open. Availability will be posted under each seperate section.
- Memoru will accept several forms of payment. This includes: Market currency, Neopoints/Items, Gaian Gold/Items, Art, Critters, Real currency (through paypal, check, and cash only), and favors. She's open to ideas, and understands if you're going to have trouble paying with one form. You may mix and match these to some extent. If a payment method is not accepted for a certain Idea Type, it will be listed in the seperate sections.
- Rules specific to each sort of Package are listed under the seperate sections. They must be obeyed.
