GENERAL INFO RESULTS Previous Year's Results
American Mathematics Competitions (AMC), sponsored by the Mathematical Association of America, was  held on
Tuesday, February 1, 2005.
Student Cafeteria (1st - 3rd hours)
The AMC 10 (for 9th & 10th graders) and AMC 12 (for all students) are 75-minute, 25-multiple-choice contests, given at the same time.  Calculators are not required, but are permitted (except QWERTY keyboard calculators).
Those who take the AMC 10 or AMC 12 officially are eligible for state, regional and national awards. 
Students who are in the top 5% of all participants or score at least 100 points on the AMC 12 and students who are in the top 1% of AMC 10 participants are invited to participate in the American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME), scheduled for Tuesday, March 8,2005.
Top-scoring AIME students will be invited to take the prestigious USA Mathematical Olympiad (USAMO) in late April or early May, 2004 and be eligible for scholarships.
