Chapter 1
As the sun rose from the sky...a father watched his young son playing tag, from a distance. The young boy,laughed endlessly as he tried to run away from his younger cousin. The older man felt a pair of arms wrap around his body,as tears sprang to his eyes."How?How do I tell him Ann?" He leaned his head back,letting the tears fall. Laughter filled the air,the man's head rose to see his son and nephew rolling on the ground with laughter. The older man smiled as the tears continued to fall from his eyes."They're getting so big,"he said,his hands meeting his wifes. His head hung low,as he spoke in a whisper,"What do I tell h...him?" Her arms tightened around him,as she laid her head on his shoulder."Oh Jerald...I don't know honey.."Tears fell from her eyes,as she hugged him closer. They both breathed in a deep sigh as they watched the two children running around the backyard,laughing endlessly. The couple held onto eachother tightly,letting their tears fall. The young boy ran around his parents,trying to get away from his cousin. He pulled on his fathers pant leg screaming,"Daddy,daddy,hide me"he laughed. He looked up to his father,only to see that tears were streaming down his face.His eyes looked with wonder,"Daddy?Why are you crying?"he asked, but then his eyes looked up at his mother,only to see that she too was crying. "Momma,daddy,why are you crying?" The two parents looked at each other,tears pouring from their eyes,speechless.
