Marcus Intergrated Systems is a business
support service that employs computer professionals who are
proud of their skills and eager to apply them to everyday office
challenges.
MIS is designed for the new business
strategies of today's marketplace - we are smart, quick, agile,
and affordable because we combine the best interests of our
clients with the best interests of our employees. We work in
teams to give complete professional coverage to all projects,
and we keep our expenses to rock-bottom minimums so that clients
don't have to pay our overhead.
Our innovative team approach uses the
"build a barn in a day" approach to problem solving.
We approach every project with a proven formula for breaking
work down into autonomous tasks, and then use our own system
of work assignment to match tasks to employees. Finally, we
oversee the overall completion of the project by continuous
monitoring of deadlines, both small and large. The result? A
project completed on time and within requirements. And if problems
should arise, they will be detected and reported early to give
everyone involved a chance to plan the correction.
