Are You A Mad Mark/TT Fan?
So you reckon you're a mad mad mad mad fan of Mark Owen and/or Take That huh? Listed here are some of the signs to show if you fit into this range or not. If you show any of these signs then congratulations, you are officially a mad mad mad mad Mark Owen/Take That fan!
- You take a day off work/school on January 27th and hold a party in honour of Mark's birthday
- If you can't take a day off you throw a party with your mates at work/school
- You get excited if you hear the name 'Mark' or 'Owen
- You get excited if you see a company name with the name 'Mark' or Owen' in it
- You break into song if someone unknowingly mentions the title of one of Mark's songs, or accidently mentions one of the lyrics from one of hie songs
- You do the above and don't stop until you've sung the song all the way through, whether you can sing or not!
- You get a dolphin tattoo in exactly the same place as Mark
- You turn vegetarian because you know he is
- You start wearing red all the time because it is Mark's favourite colour
- Everytime you have your hair cut you try out a different Mark Owen style each time, until you find one that you like the most
- You get excited if you see a pub called the Green Man! (I've seen two!)
- You start a Mark Owen website or group
- You make your friends call you Mrs Owen or refer to you as Green Woman
- You have an email addy with Mark's name in or something Mark related
- In a chat room or forum, your user name is Mark related
- You get a dog knowing that Mark loves dogs
- You start taking up meditation
- You plan to go up to Kirkby Lonsdale in the Lake District to see where Mark lives, and also to Oldham to see where he was born
- You have posters and pix of Mark all over your bedroom wall, or maybe even all over the walls in your house!
- You taped Big Brother just so you can watch Mark over and over again...
- You have watched Mark on Big Brother over and over again
- You desperately search around for a Johnson's Baby t-shirt just like the one Mark wore on the 'Relight My Fire' vid
- You plan to take days off work/school on every member's birthday, and throw a party in their honour
- You get excited if somebody says 'Take that....'
- You finish the sentence with '....and Party!'
- You plan to call your kids Mark, Gary, Jason, Howard, or Robbie
- You have called your kids Mark, Gary, Jason, Howard, or Robbie!
- You still have all of your old Take That gear- good on ya!
- TT posters still dominate your bedroom wall
- At school, whenever you see a capital 'T' somewhere in your exercise book, you write an upside-down 'T' on top of it and draw a circle around it to make the TT logo
- You have a group of 4 other TT fans and name yourselves after each member of the group
- You can backflip just like Jason
- You get yourself a pet tortoise, dog, iguana because that's what some of the members had as pets
- You get excited if someone who looks like one of the TT members walks past you- you never know it might be them!
- You have a TT website or group
- You have a TT-related screen name or email addy
- You get excited if you hear Take That songs being played in the background on one of your favourite TV programmes (I quite often hear TT songs playing in the Woolpack in Emmerdale)
- You make your mates call you Mrs Owen, Barlow, Donald, Orange or Williams
- Your method of greeting/farewell is the words 'Take That!' (I've done this a few time on MSN with my mates :o))
