Craig Charles
Curry loving, dredlocked, barely human survivor of the radiation leak that killed the rest of the Red Dwarf crew. Lister devotes his life to his (terrible) guitar playing, hitting on Kochanski (the object of his desires), and annoying the hell out of his hologrammatic bunkmate, Rimmer.
Famed for his role as Lister in Red Dwarf, this Liverpudlian comic has hosted a handful of shows, including Robot Wars, which he took over (for the better) from Jeremy Clarkson, and Ripley's Believe it or Not! Craig has kept a smile on our faces for nearly two decades and is going on to present a new programme; Jailbreak.

Chris Barrie

Ever aspiring, and failing, to be as good as his officer brothers, A J Rimmer has managed only a small engineering job on the mining ship Red Dwarf, and, more recently to die. It was Rimmer's faliure to replace a drive plate that caused the radiation leak that killed the crew and himself. He now devotes his afterlife to annoying Lister at every turn. Generally an all-round smeghead.
Comic and impressionist, Barrie has had many roles over the years including a stint in the topical show Spitting Image as one of the main voicovers and the lead in the 90's Brittish sitcom; The Brittas Empire. Famous for his flaring nostrils and his cheery expressions, Chris Barrie landed himself a role in the recent Tomb Raider movie as Lara Croft's butler.

Rescued by the Red Dwarf crew from the Nova 5, Kryten is a sanitation droid who now spends most of his time taking a hammer to Lister's dirty underwear. Yuk. In return Lister has been teaching Kryten to break his programming and give him the ability to lie and call Mr. Rimmer a "Smeeeeee Heeeeeee!"
Writer, actor and presenter Robert Llewellyn has done a lot in his career. As well as his role as a "novelty condom" in RD, Robert has written a handful of books including "The Man in the Rubber Mask". He also presents the highly popular "Scrapheap Challenge"
