Very good hands-on experience and a sound instrumentation and mechanical background on oil and gas production wells, wellheads, Water injection and gas injection wells, SMART wells, flow-lines, pipelines, manifolds, metering systems, pumps, compressors, pigging (pig launchers and receivers), gas turbines, high pressure vessels, electric and fired heaters, heat exchangers, dehydration storage tanks, process measurement, control and safeguarding systems.

Familiar with very high pressure and sour gas wells and H2S environments.

Proficient in formulating and writing step-by-step and concise Operating Procedure Guides and Manuals, including process flow diagrams.

Able to work independently or in a multidisciplinary team with the ability to manage and drive teams in multi-cultural environment.

Able to co-ordinate SIMOPS activities and give full support services to Drilling, well servicing and construction contractors within SIMOPS work frame established by Company.

Very organised and able to ensure compilation and readiness of project documentation and deliverables for handover as systems are commissioned.

Good in assessment, coaching and training local and multi-national personnel.

Highly committed to HSE, plant safety and integrity and able to fully abide by Company's HSE regulations.

Familiar with Jobs Risk Assessment (JRA), HAZID and HAZOP.

Familiar and very knowledgeable in use of Permit to Work (PTW) systems, including equipment safe isolations, de-isolations and start-up, whilst ensuring that Company HSE policy is adhered to by all concerned parties at all times.

Very good knowledge of computing and reporting software, i.e.: Microsoft platform, Internet languages, Intranet, multimedia, design and engineering and other work-related software.

Very good flexibility and ability to work under pressure.

Speak and write fluently: Arabic (native), French and English.
