Fall 1999 - present Student Caterer Duties include setting up the space, preparing some food items, passing hors d'oeurves, serving food, wine & coffee service, clearing, dishcrew, cleanup, polishing silverware, and resetting areas, on both in-house and delivery functions.
Fall 2000 - present Collections Pursuing unpaid bills from 1995 to the recent bills that are six months overdue, which involves using the collections program in the office, keeping and filing paper records, sending collections letters and making phone calls, largely independently although under the supervision of the office manager.
Summer 2000 Receptionist/Data Entry Answering telephones, taking messages, transfering calls, directing visitors, entering function data into the billing system.
Spring 2000 Ofice Assistant Entering function data and deposit information into the billing system, assisting the financial manager, running errands.
