1986 Hunter 23. Wing Keel on dual axle trailer. 2003 9.9HP Long shaft Mercury outboard - just serviced with remote throtle control from cockpit. Roller furler jib, brand new Main ($1300) CD player with speakers inside and out. Magma Grill on rail and small galley/stove inside. Sleeps 4, 5 if they are good friends! 2 Batteries, VHF radio, Depth finder, speed gauge and compass. Teak interior with cockpit cushions. Swim ladder.
She is currently located in the Keys at Long Key (MM69) I keep her on the trailer and the new owner would be welcome to keep her there. The cost is $125.00 per month or slips are available for $250.00 per month. This is a small family owned marina and I highly recommend it.
The trailer is a "yard" trailer. It is in good condition and has lights but is not registered. You could register it if you wanted - it is just a matter of paperwork. I towed the boat from Sarasota to the keys on this trailer and just got a temporary permit.
The motor is in perfect condition and has just been serviced. I was going to mount a new motor mount on the boat (cost about $125.00) and decided to have the motor serviced whilst it was off the boat.
Unfortunately I am relocating because of work and need to sell my boat promptly. Therefore I am selling her for about 40% of Blue book. Please e-mail for photos or any questions that you may have.
