Heaven of Care Resource Center, Inc. (HCRCI) is a charitable, Voluntary, non-government organization. It was established purposely to render free service to indigent people particularly persons with disabilities especially the children. Services are in terms of medical, educational, vocational and social rehabilitation to be able to realize their "FULL PARTICIPATION, PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES."

Since its establishment to date, the resource center is catering to 80 children from different remote places of Benguet Province and Mountain Province and still extending its services to neighboring provinces.
