Hmmm, What are my hobbies, huh?  Well, as I've said before, Football is about my most favorite thing.  But I also enjoy reading, writing short stories, music, and movies.  So, without further delay, enjoy delving into my mind!

bulletFootball: What else can I say?  Oh, wait I know what!  My favorite game to play is Football Pro '98.  No matter what is out on the market, I believe FBP98 is THE best computer football game ever!  The bad part is, Sierra Sports decided to come out with Football Pro '99.  On the surface, this wasn't a bad idea.  Since FBP98 did so well, why not come out with a new version?  Well, the idea wasn't the problem, their results were.  Their first mistake was to rewrite the product.  If a formula works, why change it drastically?  Sierra changed the entire way you play the game.  The second mistake, was not properly testing the product.  Because of their desire to have a Christmas product (besides the fact that 1999 was right around the corner -- it was released in December '98), it shipped with so many bugs that after about 3 months on the shelves, Sierra admitted their really huge mistake and recalled the game, sometime around April or May of '99.  But, fear not, FBP98 is still alive and kicking.  Moreover, with the talent and work of Players99, we can still get league file updates and even participate in an online league!

Reading: I'm a Fiction reader.  The main writers I like are Stephen King and James Redfield.  Although, I have read Peter Straub, and Maya Angelo.  But my main influence in my writing style is King.  I do, however, believe that I have created my own style and hope to one day enhance that style.  But, as you'll see (read) in the next item, you can decide for yourself.

Short Stories: This is an unfinished piece of work I'm currently writing.  It was originally written for an English class in college, back in '85.  But, about 2 years ago, I dusted the story off, updated the timeline and references, and started adding to it.  If you want, check back later to see how it's going.  Although, I don't intend to publish the entire story on this website, you can at least watch as the story develops.  The story is called "Redemption" and is about a man, who finally finds love, only to have it taken away from him.  He then has to rebuild his life and to eventually (or maybe not) discover another love.

Music: R&B is my choice of music.  Although, I'm pretty eclectic when it comes to music.  I enjoy Rock, Jazz, Classical, Rap, Hip Hop, and probably any music that has a good beat.  My best websites to add to my collection are BMG Music Service, Amazon, and CDNow.  If you must have your music "on the go", then I find Audio Catalyst to be one of the best CD Ripping software.  If you don't know what CD Ripping is, click here.

Movies: Here's another area, where my taste is very eclectic.  I like comedies mostly, but then I also go for mysteries, westerns, action, drama, science fiction, and horror.  I've started my little DVD collection through these websites: Columbia House, Amazon, CDNow, and Barnes & Noble.
