Music Ministry @ McKendree UMC. Rehearsals resume Sept.
McKids - our children are continuously working to assist in the enhancing of worship through music. Children meet in the music room following Sunday School to prepare for special worship presentations.
Youth Handbell Choir - the youth handbell choir is composed of 8-12 youth who enjoy working with an instrument. The youth frequently present their musical offerings in Sunday worship as well as special worship services. Rehearsals are Sunday's from 5-6 PM in the Sanctuary.
Youth Instrumental Ensemble - this group does not meet on a regular basis but is "on call" for special presentations during the year. If you are interested in being a part of this ministry, contact Mrs. Parker.
Sanctuary Choir - the Sanctuary Choir sings in our weekly worship service and is comprised of youth and adults who have a love for praising God through song. Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings in the choir room located in the Sanctuary building from 7:00-8:30 PM.
