...did Russ and Michelle meet?
Russ and Michelle met twice. The first time was in 1991 in high school when Michelle was a freshman and Russ was a senior. Michelle's best friend Natascha and Russ's friend Frank were dating and they tried to get them to go to the senior prom together, but they were both too shy. Four years later, Michelle was going to her friend Julie's high school graduation party where Julie introduced Michelle to her brother....who happened to be Russ.

Saturday, June 7, 2003. They knew they needed 2 years to plan and save and Michelle wanted it in the spring because of the daisies. They both wanted it on a Saturday to ensure that all of their guests would be able to have a good time without worrying about work. Also a factor was that Russ's family has a get-together the weekend of the Fourth of July every year, they both wanted to be back from their honeymoon by the time that came about. Finally, Michelle was born in 1977 (and 7 is supposedly her lucky number) so June 7, 2003 was agreed on.
