Hanna Designs™, LLC. of Rhode Island, is proud to announce
that it has acquired the business assets of Baby Gold Jewelry,
Inc.™, of East Hanover, New Jersey. Baby Gold Jewelry, Inc. is
a designer and marketer of precious metal baby, children and
pre-teen jewelry.  Hanna Designs plans to continue to use the
Baby Gold name and trademarks in operating the business,
which will continue to be located at its current East Hanover,
New Jersey location.



Mark Hanna, President of Hanna Designs, stated that Baby
Gold Jewelry’s principals, Merydith Endelman and Michael
Endelman, will remain with the company to operate the
business.  “We are tremendously excited about the acquisition
of the business of Baby Gold™ Jewelry”, states Hanna. “We
believe the company is positioned to maintain the
merchandising and marketing leadership in this expanding
niche field”



According to Michael Endelman, “we are pleased to be joining
a firm that we believe will support and accelerate Baby Gold’s
growth in our specialized markets”.



Merydith Endelman noted “We trust we will continue to
provide our loyal customers, under the management of Hanna
Designs, with the same level of ongoing, excellent service that
we have provided to our customers in the past and assure you
that we are dedicated to a smooth transition"
