| Born in 1990, Patrick started skating in group lessons when he was four years old. He has been a pupil of Tom since 1996. Patrick trains with Mr. McGinnis five days a week at the Skating Club of Boston. In the past two years, Patrick has competed in the North Shore Open, the Colonial Open, the Smithfield Open and the Cranberry Open. | "Evening with Champions", the Salvation Army Show, and the "Opening of Frog Pond with Dorothy Hamil". 2001 marks Patrick's fourth appearance in "ICE CHIPS". Patrick's favorite part of skating is performing his showcase program. He particularly enjoys his trademark "cartwheel, flip and split" move. Patrick is in the fouth grade at the St. Ann's School. In his spare time he helps teach younger children how to skate. He enjoys rollerblading, basketball, and putting on shows with his 2 sisters and 10 cousins. Having passed his Juvenile Freeskating test in April 2001, he is now preparing for his 2001 competition season. |
