These are normal values before ovulation and after ovulation when pregnant. This can be helpful when trying to decide if you need to go on progesterone supplements during the first trimester.

I know it looks like the spacing is off between the last 2 columns but no matter what I try I cant make it look better. And I couldnt make it fit without some of the last column being covered a bit.

     WHAT LEVEL MEANS

A level of 5 indicates some kind of ovulatory activity, though most Dr's want to see a level of 10 un-medicated and over 15 medicated. There is no mid-luteal level that predicts pregnancy.

Average is about 20 at 4 weeks past LMP(2 weeks past O), and 40 at 14 weeks LMP (12 weeks past O). It is important to note while higher progesterone levels correspond with higher pregnancy success rates, one cannot fully predict outcome based on progesterone levels. Progesterone supplementation is unlikely to help it is started after a positive pregnancy test.
Some Dr. do only start it after a blood test during the first few weeks of pregnancy show a lower than avg. progesterone level and have a good success rate that way. The general rule tho if you have a known progesterone level deficiency to start the supplement as soon after Ovulation as possible. Making sure that it is indeed after ovulation since starting it to soon can cause you to not ovulate at all.

Average is 40 at the beginning of the second trimester, 90 at the end.

Usually peaks at about 175 in the last trimester.
