Chinese Hamburger

1 lb. Ground beef
2 tsp. Vegetable oil
2 onions
1 cup celery
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can mushrooms
28 oz. Chinese vegetables
� cup soy sauce
1 � cups water
10 oz cream of mushroom soup
10 oz. Cream of chicken soup
Chinese noodles

Brown meat. Combine all but noodles. Bake at 350� for 30 minutes. Top with noodles. Bake additional 30 minutes.


Country Fried Steak

1 � lb. Round steak
2 tbsp. Milk
2 eggs
1 � cups flour
1 tsp. Salt
� tsp. Pepper
Garlic
Vegetable oil

Mix eggs and milk. Mix flour, pepper, salt and garlic. Dip steak in eggs, then flour mix. Cook in oil.


Creamy Beef and Onion

� lb beef
2 onions
Garlic
1 can beef gravy
� tsp dried thyme or sage
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups rice or noodles
2 tbsp parsley

Cook meat, onion and garlic. Mix in gravy, thyme ( or sage ) and pepper. Serve over rice or noodles.


Hamburger Pot Pie

1 pie crust
1 tbsp. Crisco
1 lb. Beef
1 can green beans
� cup onion
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Sugar
� tsp. Pepper
1/8 tsp. Oregano
1 can tomato soup

Heat Crisco. Brown beef and onion. Add in green beans and seasonings. Pour into crusts. Bake 25 minutes at 400�.
