| Italian Meatballs 2 pounds ground beef 2 cups Italian flavored bread crumbs 4 eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup fresh, chopped parsley 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 tablespoons garlic powder Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into medium size meatballs. PLace on foil and cookie sheet. Back for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Lasagna 8 oz lasagna noodles 1 lb beef 1 onion Garlic 12 oz. Tomato paste 1 � cups water 1 tbsp parsley 2 tsp salt � tsp basil 8 oz ricotta or cottage cheese 2 eggs � lb sliced mozzarella cheese � cup parmesan cheese Cook noodles. Brown beef, onion and garlic. Stir in paste, water, parsley, salt and basil. Simmer. Blend in ricotta or cottage cheese and eggs. Spread thin layer of meat sauce, top with � noodles, all cheese mixture, � mozzarella cheese. Repeat excluding cheese mixture. Top with remaining meat and mixture. Add remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350�. For vegetarian lasagna, replace meat with saut�ed vegetables. Pizza Casserole 1 lb. Hamburger � cup onion 1 big jar pasta sauce 1 pkg. Pepperoni � cup water � tsp. Garlic 1 cup mozzarella cheese 2 cup macaroni Brown hamburger and onion. Brain grease. Pour in sauce. Cook macaroni. Put all into pan, except cheese and pepperoni. Top with pepperoni and cheese. Bake 350� for 20-30 minutes. Taco Skillet 1 lb beef 1 can tomato soup 1 cup salsa � cup water 8 tortillas ( cut in 1� pieces ) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Brown meat. Add soup, salsa, water, tortillas and � cup cheese. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. |
