MWF Television Championship Fatal Four Way
Match
Referee: Chad Pattison
Peter Santos: The following match is schedualed for one fall.
It is for the Maximum Wrestling Federation's recently vacated
Television Title. Making his way to the ring first, weighing in at
5'11", and 220 pounds. Being accompanied to the ring by Amanda, he is
from Montreal, Quebec a member of The Canadian Connection, Rick
Jones.
["Straight Out Of Line" by Godsmack hits the sounds systeme and
the entire arena rushes to their feet in a unison chorus of boos.
Rick 'Acid' Jones walks out onto the entrance ramp and his showered
with even more jeers, which he shrugs off and makes his way down the
ramp to the ring. He slides into the ring and waits for the other
three contestants.]
Peter Santos: The second in this four way match, weighing in at
5'10", 210 pounds, hailing from Manchester, England, Kidd Kidman.
['In The End' by Linkin Park hits next, and there is somewhat of
an odd reaction from the crowd. Unsure as to whether or not they
should cheer or jeer the talented young man, the crowd emits a mixed
reaction. Either Kidman is unpahsed by this, as he descends the ramp
not paying any attention to the fans. Kidman gets into the ring, and
eyes down Jones.]
Peter Santos: Introducing third, weighing in at 6'2", 220
pounds, from Chicago, IL, Troy Knight.
['Larger Than Life' by The Backstreet Boys hits next and the
flamboyant Troy Knight makes his first appearence at an MwF
payperview and recieves a warm reception from the crowd. The rise to
their feet and cheer the newcomer while he makes his way down the
ramp and into the ring saluting the fans all the way down. Troy spins
around, arms extended, in the middle of the ring, putting on a small
show for the crowd, who pop even louder. Kidman and Rick both eye
him, but hold back from attackting him, for the time being.]
Peter Santos: And finally, weighing in at 6'1", 225 pounds,
from San Antonio, Texas, Majic S.
[Majic S walks to the ring as the sounds of 'Headstrong' by Trapt
echo throughout the arena. Majic S reaches the bottom of the ramp,
and pauses before entering the ring, and entering his very first MwF
match. Referee Chad Pattison holds up the Television title to all
four contestants before moving over to the ropes and handing it to
the time kepper. Chad then calls for the bell.]
JP: And we're off! This match should be
huge!
Sully: No doubt JP, Kidman is finally
getting the recognition he desvers. He'll make a fine champion,
worthy of making Wildfire himself proud.
JP: I agree Sully, Kidman is overflowing
with talent, but he has had a real thorn in his side as of late.
We'll find out if that thorn is a burden or a blessing.
[Rick Jones hops around on hid feet, warming up, and sizing up the
competitors. Troy Knight then starts off the action by kunging
forward and scooping up Rick and hitting a huge Gorilla Press Slam to
start the match off big. Majic S then turns to Kidman, who does the
same, and both men then lockup. Kidman forces Majic into the corner
and then proceeds to nail him in the gut with a stiff knee, sending
him to the mat. Troy Knight then lifts Jones and tosses him into the
opposing corner. Troy Knight hits Rick Jones with an earringer, and
then tries to lock up with him only for Rick Jones to throw up his
leg and hit a spinning mule kicks on Troy Knight. Knight drops back
to the mat hard, and Rick Jones covers Troy looking to end things
quickly. The ref drops to the mat and starts the count. ...1 Troy
Knight escapes with ease, as he throws up his arm. Back in the corner
Kidman is using the ropes as leverage and is feeding hard boots to
the chest and head of Majic, who can do nothing but take the beating.
Troy Knight has now battled to his feet, and standing. Troy Knight
then throws a hard right at Jones, only to have it blocked, and then
to recieve an oncoming punch from Rick. Knight though, manages to
also block the punch, and then follows it up with a big DDT to Acid.
The fans leap to their feet!]
JP: Would you listen to this crowd! They've
fallen in love with Troy Knight!
Sully: Well someone had better tell them
they stand no chance, he's a homo remember!
JP: Oh Sully, grow up!
Sully: Make me!
[Troy has quickly gotten to his feet, and waists no time in
pulling Rick Jones to his feet. Jones then gets irsh whipped into the
ropea and Troy leaps into the air bringing down Acid with a big
headscissor takedown. Troy Knight quicly rolls over and covers Jones.
Chad Pattison drops, and counts the pin. ...1 ...2! Kidd Kidman comes
charging out of the corner and nails Acid in the head with a hard
kick stopping the count. We then see Majic who is still in the
corner, and nursing a cut on his lip, which is bleeding, already.
Rick Jones rolls out of the way, and Kidman focus' his attacks on
Troy Knight. Kidman pull Knight to his feet, only to swiftly swing
him around, and lock his hands around Knight's waist. Kidman then
throws Knight into the air with a german suplex, but he hangs on with
a fierce grip. Kidman then deivers three consecutive suplexes to
Knight, before releasing the hold.]
JP: Kidman is on a rampage here tonight! He
means business!
Sully: I told you JP! Look at Majic he's
busted open already, thanks to Kidman I might add, and now Kidd's
gone to work on Knight! I'm telling you, Kidman is walking out of
Vacation, Television Title in hand!
[Rick Jones has now managed to struggle to his feet, and has
decided to further the attack on Majic S. Jones moves over to Majic,
who has now used to ropes as leverage and just recently gotten to his
feet, and delivers a forarm smach to the jaw of Majic. Majic is sent
staggering back into the turnbuckle with Jones advancing on him.
Jones then reaches down and hoists Majic up so that he is sitting on
the top tunrbuckle. Jones turns to the crowd and barks profanities to
them, befoe mounting the turnbuckle as well. Jones then sets up Majic
and leaps down off of the top ropes hitting a beautifully executed
top-ropes Frankensteiner! Both Majic and Jones are down but the most
damage can be seen on Majic who's head is bent in what appears to be
a very unnatural way.]
JP: Sweet jesus! Majic is dead!
Sully: These men are all very intent on
bringing home the Television title, I mean it's only just started and
we've seen some very hard hitting action!
[As the action between Majic and Jones was taking place, Troy
Knight managed to shift the momentum on Kidman by reversing an
attempt at a side russian leg sweep into a running bull dog. With
Kidman clutching his face on the mat, Troy Knight runs over to the
nearby turnbuckle the turns around, facing the crowd. He's got a huge
smile on his face, and everyone in the arena knows what's coming, and
as a result they all cheer. Troy then leaps backwards into the air,
posterior first, and looks to hit the Rump Thump. As he leaps through
the air and then comes crashing down onto Kidman's face, the stays
there and Chad Pattison comes running over and starts the count
....1....2.... The count is abruptly broken up by Rick Jones who
soars through the air and connects with a big drop kick right to the
temple.]
Sully: What a magnificent display of agility
and aweareness, JP!
JP: I've got to agree. I don't like his
attitude, but Rick Jones is a force in the ring! Wait look!
[Kidman is struggling to his feet, as is Rick Jones, Troy is
holding his head in pain, and Majic is still down after that massive
Frankensteiner Both Kidman and Jones get to their feet simltaneously
and lock gazes with one and other. A long pauses is had, and as the
two stare eachother down, Majic is starting to stir. Kidman then gets
tired of staring and charges forward at Rick Jones, who tried to
reverse the attack by tossing Kidman into the air, but Kidman manages
to find himself in mid and and turns the move around into a tornado
DDT. Kidman and Rick come crashing down on the mat. Rick's faces
bounces off the canvas hard, and Kidman's back connects hard as well.
Kidman though manages to get to one knee, despite it taking a lot out
of him. Kidman struggles to his feet, but by this time Majic is also
on his feet. He sneaks up behind Kidd and swings him around, only to
have his head tucked under Kidman's arm and have a Twist of Fate
delivered to him out of the blue! The move however drains what ever
strength Kidman had left in the tank, and he too stays down after his
Twist of Fate, his head beside Majic but his body in the opposite
direction.]
JP: I can't believe this! All four men in
this fourway war are down! This is utterly unheard of.
Sully: Come on Kidman, cover! Cover!
[Seeing all four men down in the ring, Chad Pattison has no choice
but to start counting out the men. He throws his arms into the air
and yells 'ONE!' ... 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 4 ... Troy Knight has begun to
stir ... 5 ... 6 ... Kidman has also begun to stir ... 7 ... 8 ...
Troy has summond the strength to get to his feet and stop the count,
and Kidman follows soon thereafter, but evidently tired. Rick Jones
has also managed to get to his feet, much to the appeal of Amanda who
is slapping the mat in support of her husband.]
JP: Just look at it, Amanda has become an
aset to Rick, he can't function without her.
Sully: Can you blame him JP? I wouldn't be
able to function without a wife with Amanda's 'asets'.
JP: You always somehow manage to sink to new
lows everytime we speak.
Sully: Why thank you, I do what I
can!
[Troy Knight sees Kidman back on his feet, but still in a daze,
and decides to capitolise on his unreadyness. Troy charges Kidman and
leaps into the air hitting a drop kick to Kidman's knee, resulting in
Kidman's leg giving out from under him, which in turn results in
Kidman dropign to the mat. Kidman is then pulled to his feet by
Knight, who quickly continues the assult. Knight sends Kidman running
into the ropes with an irish whip, and then into the air his a
backbody drop. Kidman soars into the air and then crahses down onto
the mat back first, knocking the wind out of him. Just as Knight
follows through on the move, and turns around to see the result of
his work, only to recive a runnign lariate curtosy of Rick Jones, who
has apparently gotten to his feet. With Jones now focusing on Knight,
Kidman takes the opportunity to catch his breath by rolling out to
the outside of the ring.]
JP: Look at your hero now! The 'Ruthless
Rookie' is taking a break!
Sully: JP, it's called strategic thinking.
why should he waist his time beating on Rick and Troy, when he can
let them destroy themselfs, and then move in for the kill when the
time is just right.
[Majic has now regained consciousness, and from his stomach, Majic
witnessed Kidman roll out of the ring, and decides to follow him out.
Majic moves over to Kidman, who is laying on the outside, and looks
down at him with a smirk on his face. Taking full advantage of the
fact that the referee is tending to the men in the ring, Majic
reaches down under the ring apron, and pulls out a steel chair! As
Majic was digging for his chair, Kidman has managed to get to his
feet and is leaning against the ring post, not yet able to stand on
his own free will. Majic then confidently limps over to Kidman, steel
chair in hand. As Kidman is trying to focus, Majic raises the chair
above his head and then quickly sends it swinging downward aimed for
the side of Kidman's head. As the chair is about to connect with
Kidman's head, Kidman somehow avoids the attack and simply drops
down. The results in Majic swinging the chair and connecting it with
the ring post. The vibration hurts his hands, and forces him to drop
the chair, Kidman then springs to his feet, kicks Majic in the gut
and brings him down with a massive spike DDT, right onto the steel
chair! Majic's face connects with the steel and causes a large amount
of blood to pour from his face onto the chair leavign behind a
crimson stain.]
JP: More bloodflow from Majic! This
youngster simply can't get anything going here tonight!
Sully: Well I mean look who he's up against!
Who can blame him?
[Back in the ring, Jones keeps his advantage on Troy Knight by
stomping on him as he tries to get to his feet. Troy somehow though
manages to get to his feet, only to be put down again by Jones as he
executes a scoop slam onto Troy. Rick then pulls Troy back to his
feet by his hair and tosses him into the ropes. Troy comes running
back at Rick who extends his arm looking for a clothesline, but Troy
ducks the attack and keeps running. As Troy returns once again Jones
brings his leg up looking for a mule kick, but Troy sidesteps the
move, and makes his way in front of Rick. Troy grabs hold of Jones'
head and tries for a 3/4 neckbreaker. The attack almost works, but
Rick pushes Troy before he can finish it, which sends him into the
ropes chest first. Troy then backpedals backwards right into the grip
of Acid who locks up for a belly-to-back suplex. Rick thruts Troy
into the air and sends him flipping behind him. Troy though manages
to showcase some very impressive acorbatics and pulls off a complete
backflip, landing on his feet. Troy then takes a step back and waits
for Jones to turn around. As he does Troy lunges forward with a super
kick, which is caught by Jones. Jones then spins Troy's foot and
sends him to the mat, but in one swift motion, Jones lands on Troy's
back and in a single leg boston crab! Troy screams in pain, and the
ref rushes over to check his state.]
JP: What an impressive display of excellent
athletisime right there folks. That was amazing.
Sully: As amazing as that may be, things are
heating up on the outside as well!
[Kidd Kidman has pulled out a table from under the ring while
Jones and Troy exchanged blows. Kidman has moved over to the
announcers table with his table, and leans it up right in front of JP
and Sully. Kidman then swings his arm at Sully and JP signaling for
the to move, they gladly oblige. ]
JP: What the hell is he going to do
here?
Sully: I don't know but I'm glad he warned
us first.
[Majic has begun to reluctantly get to his feet, and Kidman is
still focus on the announcers table. Kidman has now taken the tbale
he took from under the ring and set it up ontop of the announcers
table! Kidman then moves over to the ring steps and carries those
over beside the announcer table. All the while the ref is still
tending to Troy, making sure he doesn't tap, as he inches towards the
ropes, and Majic is leaning against the barricade. Having seen enough
of Kidman's odd creation, Majic grabs hold of the now crimson steel
chair and with blood leaking down from his entire face, walks over to
Kidman who is standing on the ring steps setting up the table ontop
of the announcers table. As Majic nears Kidman, Kidman reacts almost
with a sixth sense and blindly jumps off the stairs and hits a
crossbody onto Majic. The move however doesn't keep Majic down for
long. Just as Kidman gets to his feet, Majic follows a few seconds
later. This however is short lived as Kidman brought with him the
steel chair, which he now swings down onto Majic. Majic falls forward
onto the ring steps. Kidman then places the steel chair onto the top
table and climbs the ringsteps next to both tables. The 'Ruthless
Rookie' then pulls Majic up onto the steps by his hair, and proceeds
to roll him onto the top table, as well as the steel chair. At this
point the crowd is going insane for both Kidman and Troy, who has
managed to reache the ropes!]
JP: This is utter carnage!
Sully: I don't know what the hell Kidman is
going to do, but Majic laying on a steel chair on two tables doesn't
look very healthy.
JP: Not only that inside the ring, there's a
war between Troy and Rick!
[With Troy having reached the ropes, Jones drops down in the
turnbuckle obviously frustrated that his submission didn't work.
Also, Kidman, now slides into the ring and is greeted by Troy who has
gotten to his feet with the use of only one leg. He limps face to
face with Kidman, who simply stares him down. Kidman then laughs and
half turns aroudn before he swings his leg around and kicks Troy's
good knee, forcing his leg to give out from under him. Troy drops to
the mat cluthcing his knee in pain. Kidman then brushes Troy aside
and continues on the task at hand. Kidman moves over to the
turnbuckle and hops up onto the top rope. The crowd at this point is
going insane, not only for Kidman, but Jones as well who has also
mounted the top turnbuckle. We then see Kidman, who takes a deep
breath and unbelievably jumps off the top rope to the outside,
flipping through the air with a shooting star press! Simultaneously,
Acid leaps off of the top rope head first, looking for the Acid Drop!
Time seems to slow down as we see Kidd Kidman crash down onto Majic
sending him crashing through the top table as well as the announcers
table, and turning the steel chair into a steel 'V'. Simultaneously
Acid comes crashing down onto Troy Knight with the Acid Drop, and
after a short scramble, Rick hooks Troy's leg and Chad Pattison drops
for the count ... 1 ... 2 ... 3!]
Peter Santos: The winner of this match, and new MWF Television
Champion, Rick 'Acid' Jones!
[With Kidman laying on a bgloodied Majic in a pile of shattered
wood, Rick Jones is helped to his feet by his wife Amanda, who has
entered the ring, and Chad Pattison hands him the title. Rick
embarsses the title with a confused look on his face, unsure of what
exactly is going on. Amanda places the title over his shoulder as he
struggles to gain coherency.]
JP: Unbelievable! That was incredible!
Kidman simply destroyed Majic, and nearly won the title, but in the
end Rick Jones prooved he was the best man here tonight.
Sully: A valliant effort by Kidman, but the
man I knew would win, won! Well done Rick, well done!
[The camera cuts backstage. We rise above a desk in an office. Sat
behind the desk is General Manager Fozzy. His arms are loosely
folded. He stares beyond the camera and eyeballs something, or
someone.]
Fozzy: Two months has passed since our last
PPV. Two months. The crowd are pumped. They can't control themselves.
In a few moments, they will see the best of the best fight in a
barbaric tournament. It's not the gold I care about. It's the power,
because if this tournament is won by one of you we will truly be the
icons of the MWF.
[We pan to the side to see Anarkist and The Jeopardizer stood
tall, side-by-side. They look to each other and smile coyly. Fozzy
slams his fists into the desk and frowns.]
Fozzy: Smile? Why do you smile? Tonight is
no laughing matter. Tonight is a huge decision-maker. Does "WMD"
stand for "Wet Men Dedicated" or "Weapons of Mass Destruction"!?!? Do
we want to be known for our actions in the ring or out? Every scar,
every ache, every pain, ever night you wished you were at home with
your family should make up for tonight. Are we ready?
Anarkist:
The Jeopardizer:
Fozzy: ARE WE READY??
Anarkist: Hell, yes we are!
The Jeopardizer: Without a doubt! We're
gonna kick some ass.
[Jay-Z and Anarkist back out of the office as Fozzy rests back in
his seat and holds his face.]
JP: Fozzy seems pumped backstage and so do
the whole of the "WMD"...tonight is the night that they stamp their
dominance on the MWF.
Sully: More like they have their dominance
stamped all over their ass' by Hart Evans and Sam King.
JP: You really think a little pocket of
resistance can over-throw a mighty force?
Sully: I wouldn't call the "WMD" a might
force....not when they have the great big fool that is Mike Savage on
their side.
JP: Savage adds muscle to the cause.
Sully: What exactly is their cause?
JP: To make idiots like you see sense, they
are the future of the MWF and they hold two of the most important
titles in the MWF.
Sully: But they're going to lose one of them
tonight to either Hart Evans or Sam King....and then The Jeopardizer
is going to have to fend off NomaD to keep that Xtreme Title.
JP: A task he is more than capable
of...NomaD is just a rookie.
Sully: A rookie with three straight wins,
admittedly they're against Rodney Ferno who isn't exactly a great
wrestler but still, three times he's won in a row.
JP: And? Kidd Kidman won more times than
that in a row, although we just saw it all come to an end with Rick
Jones finally pinning Kidd in singles competition.
Sully: Kidman is a waste of space, Rick
Jones was always the better wrestler and everyone knows that, he
finally gets the TV Title that he has deserved.
JP: Jones could play a big part in the next
match, if he decides to get inside that cage then Anarkist could be
in trouble.
Sully: He's already in trouble, he has Hart
Evans in that cage.
JP: "The Headliner" will feel the wrath of
Anarkist tonight, the MWF World Champion wants revenge and he sure as
hell is going to get it inside those four steel walls.
Sully: It's not just a cage match JP, it's
got barbed wire baseball bats inside of it.
JP: The brutality, I don't think I'll be
able to watch as Hart Evans loses most of his blood supply.
Sully: Evans? Don't you mean Anarkist, we're
about to see the "WMD" lose a whole lot more than blood
tonight....not only will Anarkist lose tonight but so will The
Jeopardizer, this is the end of the "WMD" era and Fozzy will have to
go back to the drawing board.
JP: But if either Hart Evans or Sam King
wins then Walke gets what he wanted, especially if Evans was to
win.
Sully: I think it's great the way Walker
recognises the power that is available in having the "Canadian
Connection" in his favour.
JP: I hate the "Connection" they're nothing
but cheating scumbags, I hate them I really do, I hope Anarkist
dangles Hart Evans from the top of the cage by his bollocks.
Sully: Ouch! I'd hate that to happen.
JP: Let's see what happens....
