Me and my trademark wheelie on my RD-350 So fast and so much fun, but also a pain to ride sometimes.

Me, in 1974, with hair, on my VERY fast RD-350 and a "just graduated from High School" attitude. Go to the Yamaha web site and check out the "Epic" motorcycles. One of the "epics" for 1973 is the RD-350 ! I think they referred to it as "The Giant Killer" ! TRUE ! Only the Kawasaki 500 and 750 triples were faster stock bikes. (but they didn't handle at all) My RD350 had road racer lineage and Kenny Roberts to thank for it's development. I just wish I had my RD 350 (and hair !) back ! |
