From the internet, I have learned different ways to see when I am most fertile. This means, when I am most likely to be ovulating and you can try them too.

Cervical Mucous
This is fluid that is produced by your cervix and changes as you reach nearer to ovulation. It may be dry, sticky, creamy, and watery or egg white. It can be checked on tissue, underwear or internally with a clean finger. The closer the ovulation I am is the stretcher the mucous should become.

Cervical Positioning
Just before, during and just after ovulation, the cervix rises and opens. When this no longer happens the cervix lowers, closes and hardens. This is something else I check for.

Basel Body Temperature
This is the temperature taken with a thermometer orally or vaginally, before you sit up or even get out of bed! I stick a thermometer under my tongue as soon as the alarm wakes me up. I use a digital thermometer, because it beeps when it is done taking my temperature and stays on display for 10 minutes, so I have enough time to fumble for a pen and paper.

OPK Test
Ovulation predictor tests, are little sticks which you wee on. It is not like a pregnancy test. It can produce one or two lines. If the second line is as dark as or darker than the first then you are due to, or are ovulating.
