During the summer of 2003, Maxim traveled around Great Britain and Germany for 6 weeks before spending a month in the States with family in Pennsylvania and Iowa.

	Maxim had a fabulous time on trains all around England.  He walked up and down the isles giving anyone who met his eye a sweet smile that melted even the most stogy heart.
	After papa finished 4 weeks of grad. school in Plymouth, he met Maxim and mama in Shrewsbury.  The three of them went to Wales and spent a glorious three days with their friends near Welshpool.  Here he is in the morning looking through a fence at the spectacular bucolic countryside.
	In Pennsylvania, he met his cousin Elliot (born Feb. '03) and his  uncle Sam.
	Maxim finished the summer at Okoboji Lake--a vacation spot in Iowa with his papa's family. Click on the Picture to see more photos from Newell and Sac City
