What are they doing right?
Our competitors have been in the business for several years now, so I know they must be doing something right.
Since this is a small business I would like to compare it to small businesses to consider it a competition. The
companies that are in direct competition with Cafe Mavil would be the ones sold in Trader Joe's or Natural Grocers.
They are doing right in allowing their products to be sold in those particular stores, since they promote being
organic and whole as one of their values.
What are they doing wrong?
With social media blowing up so much in the last couple of years, I think they might be losing potential in
these outlets. Having a website where you can connect with certain social media accounts could be a great addition
to their sites. Mainly to connect with the most booming medias out there.
